I thought you would like to know how Konstantine made modifications to our Purchase and Sale agreement that were very helpful to us. The builder was trying to insist it is not their policy (nor would they agree to accommodate us) to arrange for the installation of appliances included in the purchase. We spent considerable time debating this issue with the builder. Frankly I was disappointed and angry about their intransigent attitude on this issue. So I had another look at the agreement and I had forgotten that Konstantine had suggested and inserted an additional clause that deemed the installation of appliances as a necessary condition to final closing. Nothing like a strong legal document to create a new level of cooperation. I'm very glad we engaged your Firm to ensure that our interests were protected. Jayson:
Just wanted to thank your firm in general for the time sensitive matter involving my Mom's estate. From my first call two three months ago to finally receiving a long overdue pension payout your staff were terrific.
Kosta in particular knew exactly what I needed, met me within 48 hours of my initial call and had the documents signed and filed with the Supreme Court of Justice shortly thereafter; that's why I haven't strayed elsewhere for any property or estate.
(although this might be late in coming, but your staff also were equally awesome in a property issue I had last year)
